Your Code & Tracking
Every partner receives a unique code (e.g., SARTI-AVA-84). Guests enter it at inquiry or booking so we can credit you.
When booking on Calendly, guests should add the partner code in the invitee questions or notes field. They may also use the optional Referral code field on our contact form.
Codes are confirmed by concierge on approval — proposed codes are requests until we reply by email.

When is commission paid?
After the reservation concludes and is past the cancellation window with no refund. We aim to pay within 14 days of that clear date.
What bookings qualify?
By default, hourly estate studio bookings. Gatherings, Creator Coalition memberships, and larger events are reviewed case-by-case — ask concierge.
Can the partner code stack with other promotions?
No — codes cannot combine with other promotions unless Maison Sarti specifically approves an exception.
How do guests redeem a code?
Guests include the partner code when booking on Calendly (invitee questions / notes) or on our contact inquiry form. We’ll credit the partner and note the complimentary hour on confirmation.
What do guests receive?
+1 complimentary hour of estate studio time — not a percentage discount — when they book with a valid partner code.
